Baku city resident Gizgayit Abbasova appealed to the Police Section 22 of Nasimi district Police Department on May 11 and reported that 207 manats was disappeared from her bank account.
Resulting from investigative operations jointly carried out by the staff of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it was identified that the money that is of G.Abbasova had been withdrawn by Gazakh region resident Ali Aliyev via internet. That person was arrested in the territory of Nasimi district on June 12 and brought to trial.
A criminal case started under the Article 177 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the fact.
