According to the information from the public relations division of Baku city MPD State Traffic Police Department, measures are aimed at improving the living conditions and safety of the population and ensuring ecological balance under the State Program in the field of demography and population development in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In accordance with the action plan approved by the Traffic Police and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, this will be celebrated not only in the capital city but also in the regions. The purpose of the measures is checking the amount of carbon dioxide in the gases released into the environment by the engine of an exploited vehicle, preventing it, educating drivers, empowering them with rights and duties.
