An Order signed by the President on awarding officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher special ranks
Guided by Item 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To award the highest special rank of major general of police to below mentioned officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

to police colonel Humbatov Islam Mohsum
to police colonel Ismayilov Akbar Majid
to police colonel Rzayev Abulfat Ahad
