Young officers started to serve

The Ministry of Internal Affairs hold an event dedicated to the appointment of graduates who graduated from the Police Academy with full-time education this year, to the middle superior level posts in the police agencies of capital city.
Minister, General-Colonel Vilayat Eyvazov congratulated the participants for awarding officer ranks, and choosing a very honorable profession and way of life, and emphasized that appointment was realized based on principles of transparency, publicity and justice.
 
The Minister of Internal Affairs brought to the attention of that Management of country has always paid attention and care to youth, necessary steps have been taken to the promote of talented youth with high morale, work qualities in public administration, including in the internal affairs bodies, and this event was an obvious example of it.
Chief of Main HR Department, Police Major General Rafig Abbasov stressed that graduates from Baku and Sumgayit were invited to the Ministry, and he announced a list of vacant positions and applicants.  
Then the appointment was made by lot. Candidates for the positions of middle superior level posts drew special envelopes with the names of those positions and appointed to the vacant officer posts in the territorial police agencies.
 
Minister of Internal Affairs, Vilayat Eyvazov wished the young officers success in their difficult and honorable service; appreciate the name of the police, always to increase their knowledge and experiences by improving themselves, to master the most modern information technologies, sensitively and promptly approach to citizens' appeals, to demonstrate high culture and forbearance while communicating, treating with them, to be fair, operative and faithful, to benefit from the experience of professional colleagues in their activities.
Be noted that 153 students have graduated from the Police Academy of MIA based on full-time education this year. 15 of them in the area where they are registered were appointed to the police agencies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, while 138 of them to the police agencies of other cities and districts of the Republic.
