4 active coronavirus patients have been identified in public places and detained in Khatai district of the capital. Officers of Khatai District Police Department conducted explanatory talks with them, sent them to their houses by following medical procedures and relevant health facilities were notified on this issue.
A criminal case was initiated on one of those people, Khayal Nasirov in the Investigation Division of Khatai District Police Department under the Article 139-1.1 (violation of anti-epidemic and quarantine regimes). Fact-finding investigation is being conducted about the other 3 people.

Sabit Allahverdiyev, an active coronavirus patient has been identified in the public place, i.e. when he tried to go to the market in Bakikhanov settlement by officers of Police Division No.13 of Sabunchu District Police Department. Preventive talks were conducted with him and he was sent to his house by following medical procedures.
Analogical cases have also been recorded in districts of Nasimi and Narimanov of the capital. Asif Aliyev in Nasimi district and Zahid Aliyarov and Azar Badirzada in Narimanov district who are active coronavirus patients have been identified by police officers due to the fact that they left their residential areas.

Preventive talks were also conducted with those citizens and they were sent to their houses by following medical procedures. Investigations are being conducted on the detected facts. Citizens who are active coronavirus carriers and involved in treatment within household self-isolation rules are notified that they cannot leave home. If such cases are detected, serious measures will be taken by police officers for such people as provided in the Code of Administrative Offenses, as well in the Civil Code.
