On May 17-18, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Vilayat Eyvazov, held a regular reception of citizens at the Salyan District Police Department.
Firstly, the minister visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city of Salyan and paid tribute to his blessed memory.
After listening to the appeals of 153 citizens from the cities and districts of Hajigabul, Kurdamir, Salyan, Shirvan in the administrative building of the District Police Department, the Minister instructed the heads of the relevant departments and departments of the Ministry to settle their problems.
Most requests were resolved on the spot.
During the visit, Colonel-General V.Eyvazov conducted a queue inspection on the recruitment of ordinary and junior officers in the regional police.
The parade was attended by young people living in nearby regions and wishing to serve in the police. 72 people were admitted to the next stage of the qualifying round, of which 19 were participants in the Patriotic War, who met the conditions for admission to the service.
