Sports games in the memory of the national leader to be held

Opening ceremony of the futsal tournament dedicated to the 95th birth anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev, among subordinate departments and divisions of Main Police Department of Baku City at the Sports Society of MIA on 13th of April.
The ceremony started with the national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Head of Human Resources of Main Police Department of Baku city, police colonel Elchin Asadov giving a speech at the ceremony appreciated the tournament as an important event, stressing that it has become a tradition. Reminding the attention and support given by the national leader Heydar Aliyev to all fields, especially the development of sports, the head of department stated that the very policy is pursued by President Ilham Aliyev and characterized the first European Games, as well as "Formula-1" European Grand Prix" and Islamic Solidarity Games held in Baku as an example of high value given by our government to sports.
After the official opening ceremony, the game started.
We should note that 15 teams from Baku Garrison participate in the futsal tournament.

The opening ceremony of chess games dedicated to the 95th birth anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev was held in the administrative building of the Main Police Department of Baku City on 13th of April.
Firstly, the national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
Then, the Head of Human Resources of the Main Police Department of Baku city, police colonel Elchin Asadov giving a speech said that annually numerous events dedicated to the anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, including the traditional chess games among the police officers,  are held. At the opening ceremony, senior consultant of the Main Department of Youth and Sports of Baku City, chess coordinator-expert in the capital, Salman Abdulov and the arbiter in the games, international arbiter Javanshir Baghirov wished luck to the players.
We should note that the games organized by the Main Police Department of Baku City are held according to the Swiss-system. Winning teams and individual winners will be determined from 36 police officers playing in 12 teams in the tournament.
