The traffic jam and the conditions causing congestion are kept under control in the roads of the capital. Measures not having the purpose of campaign are continued in order to prevent congestion that may arise in the streets and avenues of Baku at peak times of the day.

Drivers should follow the rules restrainedly and carefully regarding the road repair in the directions where movement of vehicles is intensive on the administrative territory. Specifically, monitoring and research conducted on sites shows that, in restricted roads due to repair, the majority of drivers cause traffic jam by stopping the movement of vehicle with the advantage of crossing the road.

Movement in road junctions is regulated by traffic lights, road signs. In line with the requirements of the legislation, in some cases, the technologies established on the roads are ignored. Additional forces are involved by the road police to avoid traffic jam and congestion as well as to prevent them from happening. In the peak hours of the day, to avoid the situation on roads where traffic jam and congestion are intensive, it is recommended that each driver prefer the movement on the intended traffic lane.

We can say, by comparison or reference, that each citizen first thinks about to reach their destination as soon as possible when they leave their home going to an address. However, every action participant should not only think about themselves but also think about the others, should not create problems on the road, saying “I’m in a hurry”, take into account the recommendations.

The specific task of each action participant on the roads is that they must observe the rules, understand their responsibility, and respect not only their own rights but also the rights of others.
