On January 25, Farid Hasanov, the capital's resident appealed to the 18th Police Station of Narimanov District Police Department, saying that when he was leaving one of the internet clubs in the district, an unknown person came up to him and robbed him of 187 manats. As a result of the operational-search action carried out by the station staff Narimanov district resident, previously convicted Jeyhun Sultanov, suspected of committing the staed crime, was detained.
 
The investigation revealed that the detainee initially wanted to seize the victim's money in the internet club. However, when he did not succeed, J.Sultanov waited for F.Hasanov to leave the club and approached him. Note that the after the detainee took from the aggrieved person’s purse 197 manats, he returned F.Hasanov’s 10 manats to him to pay for the transport fare.

In connection with this fact, the materials collected with regard to the person detained at the 18th Police Station were sent to the Investigation Department of Narimanov District Police Department for investigation.
