For the attention of citizens!

On February 23, 2019, at Shirvan Police Department, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov will receive residents of Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Bilasuvar, Jabrayil, Imishli, Zardab and Saatli regions.

Citizens can apply and make an appointment for the issues relating to the activities of employees of the internal affairs bodies and the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Those who will come to the reception must submit an Identity Card.

Upon completion of the reception, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Ramil Usubov will inspect the ranks at Shirvan Police Station in connection with the recruitment of servicemen for the ranks and junior commanders, as well as for civilian work in the police bodies of Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Bilasuvar, Jabrayil, Imishli, Zardab and Saatli regions.

Male citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher, secondary special or complete secondary education aged 20 to 25 years old, at least 180cm tall, athletic build, fully completed the term of active military service, without criminal record, including close relatives (with the exception of close relatives convicted of negligent crimes that do not represent a major public danger), who are on a permanent residence permit at their place of residence in the abovementioned regions and who meet the conditions set forth in the Regulations on Serving in the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan can take part in the inspection of the ranks number.

Persons participating in the inspection of the ranks must provide an Identity Card.

Due to the specifics of the labour functions of these positions, high physical and psychological tension, on-duty hours, and in most cases overtime work in addition to the main working time, the state of health, knowledge and level of physical fitness of the interview participants will be checked in the order established.

Persons recruited as employees of the police public support will be involved in the exercise of public order protection functions under the supervision of police officers and will be provided with a special uniform. They will be covered by security provided for civil servants of the Ministry of the Interior.
Preference will be given to citizens who able to work with computer equipment, fluent in one of the foreign languages (mostly English) and are emotionally resistant.
