According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the raids carried out on February 7 by officers of the Main Public Security Department of the Ministry and Khatai Police Department, a fact of tobacco sales to minors was discovered in one of the shops.
Police officers drafted a report on the seller in accordance with Article 455.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (for the sale of ethyl (edible) alcohol, alcoholic beverages or tobacco products to minors).
