In connection with the final match of the UEFA European Football League in Baku, internal affairs officers work in an intensive manner.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the staff of the ministry will continue to work in a robust regime until May 31.
During this period, the safety of foreign guests, tourists and fans who came to our country in Fanzone, created in the Seaside National Park for football fans, as well as in entertainment establishments of the Sahil Garden and Winter Park, is provided by the police at the highest level.
Any person entering the specified territory is properly checked at police posts to prevent any provocations or illegal actions. Also, to prevent entry into Fanzone from the sea, a police patrol boat was engaged on a round-the-clock basis.
Note that before the final game for the safe movement of Chelsea and Arsenal teams to the training base, as well as for the proper regulation of urban transport, additional road patrols were involved. Along with this, police posts were created to meet guests at Heydar Aliyev International Airport and deliver them to addresses in safe conditions. The protection of objects of strategic importance in the country, including the territory of foreign diplomatic missions and the residence of guests, has been strengthened.
