On July 24, in Yeni Surakhani settlement of Surakhani region the settlement resident B. Aliyev inflicted multiple stab wounds in the abdomen of his sister Sabina on the grounds of the conflict.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, B. Aliyev was detained as a result of operational-search and investigative measures carried out by police and public prosecution office.
In fact, a criminal case was opened under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing.
