On August 5, an unknown person injured a resident of Baku Z.Sadiev by shooting in his right leg on the grounds of hooliganism, at Ataturk Avenue in the Narimanov District.
Z. Sadiev was hospitalized and his condition is satisfactory.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational measures carried out by employees of the Baku city MPD and the 16th PD of the Narimanov DPD, a resident of the Salyan region R. Sadigov was detained on suspicion of committing a crime.
An investigation is underway.
