In one of the markets on Asif Mammadov street, Nasimi district, theft was committed. At night, an unknown person broke the door of the store and, penetrating inside, took 550 packs of various tobacco products and a safe with 1923 manat inside, and fled the scene.

In accordance with the information provided by the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at night the suspicious behavior and stolen packs of cigarettes that he held in his hands attracted the attention of the police, that is why he was detained in Binagadi district by the officers of District Police Department and taken to the Police Department No. 7, and it was established that this was a resident of Sabirabad region, B. Ismayilov.

As a result of operational procedures held around him, he admitted that he had stolen these cigarette packs in his hands from mentioned store in Nasimi district. The place of the safe, which had been stolen by B. Ismayilov from the same object, was also established by the police and it was seized as material evidence.

During the investigation, it was also found that B. Ismayilov also had stolen clothes and curtains hung on a rope in the courtyard of one of the houses located in Binagadi district. The materials collected related to detained person at Police Department No. 7 were sent for the investigation to Nasimi District Police Department.
