On January 18, Police Station 1 of the Khazar District Police Department received information about the theft of state registration marks of a Forland car owned by a resident of the settlement of Turkan N.Mammadov.
According to the Press Service of the MIA, police officers immediately took appropriate measures.
As a result of operational search measures, on January 21 officers of the Safe City Service of the MIA discovered a moving Daewoo car bearing the indicated state registration marks.
A resident of the city of Baku, previously convicted Z.Hadiyev, who was driving the vehicle, was detained by the officers of the Khatai District Police Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
