10.04.2020

A cafe was identified in the Sabail district, secretly functioning in contempt of the requirements of a special quarantine regime.

According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, despite the introduction of the special quarantine regime in the country and the prohibition of activities of public catering facilities, some entrepreneurs violate this order.

Thus, during the operation held by the employees of the Sabail District Police Department and the 41st Police Unit, it was found out that the "Sharur" cafe, located on S. Mammadov Street in Badamdar settlement, was working, violating a special quarantine regime. The owner of this cafe, Azer Naghiyev, and 3 customers living in the Khatai district were detained and taken to the 41st Police Unit of the Sabail DPD.

We would like to mention that the Police Department took measures regarding the clients under the article 211 (violation of anti-epidemic, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes) of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a fine of 100 AZN was imposed.

The materials collected regarding the cafe owner, Azer Naghiyev, received a legal assessment and were sent to the court for a decision.
