A café was found to violate the quarantine rules in Binagadi, 6 people in the facility were administratively punished.
According to the Press Service of the MIA, café “Kandimiz” located on A.Garaybayli Street, Binagadi district, was found to operate covertly violating the special quarantine regime rules. During the measures taken by the officers of the 5th Division of Binagadi District Police Department, 6 people violating the quarantine regime rules were detained and taken to the 5th Police Division.
In the Police Division appropriate measures were taken about the people found to violate the special quarantine rules under the Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Violation of anti-epidemiological, sanitary-hygiene and quarantine regimes) and they were imposed of penalty at the rate of 100 manats.
Measures are being taken for identification of the café owner.
