Address of the Ministry of internal affairs to the citizens related to Eid al-Adha holiday

We congratulate our citizens on upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday and wish health, happiness, prosperity and abundance to every family.

Due to the importance of the performance by the people of their good deeds in these holidays in safe and healthy environment, we declare that, in comparison with previous years, this year, taking into consideration the pandemic conditions, during the slaughter of the animals sacrificed massive participation, dense gathering of people, sale and slaughter outside the areas specified for it will not be allowed.
 
In order to buy an animal for sacrifice from on-line fairs in accordance with the requirements of the quarantine regime, you must contact recently created sales portal (www.qurbanliq.kendden.az).

The citizens are again required to comply with all the rules applied by Operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan related to special quarantine regime.
