A restaurant operating in closed halls and offices was identified in Khatai district by violating quarantine rules; 46 people were brought to administrative responsibility.

Police conducted appropriate actions on the identification of public catering facilities violating the rules of quarantine regime in Khatai district. A restaurant not complying with the rules of the special quarantine regime and operating in violation of sanitary and epidemiological norms after the specified time has been identified in the district as a result.

Employees of the Khatai District Police Department conducted appropriate actions in Telnov Street and founded that hookah accessories were used in the closed cabinets of “Legenda – Music Hall Lounge” restaurant – musical entertainment center.

Measures were taken against 46 customers violating sanitary and epidemiological norms in accordance with the law. A report has been drawn up for each of them under the article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offences; each of them was fined in the amount of 200 manat, but the lessor of the facility was fined 6,000 manat for violating sanitary-quarantine rules by committing a gross administrative violation.

Due to the existing rules and requirements, the manager and service personnel of the business entity were informed about the necessary rules of social behavior and sanitary and epidemiological norms.
