Minister Vilayat Eyvazov held reception of citizens and a line inspection in Yevlakh

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel General Vilayat Eyvazov held the next reception of citizens at the Yevlakh District Police Department on September 24 and 25 in accordance with the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the schedule of reception of citizens in the regions.
Firstly, the minister visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in Yevlakh district and honored his blessed memory with great respect and reverence.
Then, the minister who received 445 citizens from Yevlakh, Kurdamir, Ahgdash, Ujar, Mingachevir cities and districts in the administrative building of the District Police Department, listened to their appeals and gave instructions to the heads of the relevant head offices and departments of the Ministry to solve their problems. Measures have been taken to resolve most of the appeals on the spot.
As part of the visit, Colonel-General Vilayat Eyvazov visited the military unit of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs located in Barda and was inquired about the service and social-living conditions of military personnel.
The minister visited the memorial established here in commemoration of the warriors who died defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our nation.
Then, Colonel-General Vilayat Eyvazov conducted a line-up inspection of young people who wish to serve in police bodies.
338 people who met the conditions of admission to the service were admitted to the next stage of the selection round in line inspection, 45 of them were participants of the Patriotic War.
At the end of the meeting the police chiefs of the aforementioned areas were directed by Colonel-General V. Eyvazov, the Minister of Internal Affairs, to take more effective action in maintaining public order, combating crime and swiftly and impartially reviewing citizens' appeals.
