A protest of the parties and associations included in the body, which called itself as the National Council of Democratic Forces, agreed with Baku city Executive Power, was held on 10 March in the stadium of the sport and health complex at Yasamal district. 

Members and fanatics of the Azerbaijani Popular Front Party, Musavat and Azerbaijani People's Party, Muslim Union, “NIDA” movement, as well as a number of oppositional non-governmental and youth organizations consisting up to 1500 people (one thousand five hundred) in total participated in the meeting continued from 15.00 p.m. to 17.00 p.m. 

There were no signs of serious violations of public order and rule of law.
