On April 5 at the "Mahsul" stadium in Yasamal district a meeting agreed with the Baku City Executive Power, was held by an organization calling itself the National Council of Democratic Forces.

The meeting, which lasted from 15.00 to 17.00, was attended by members and supporters of individual parties, number of non-governmental oppositional organizations and some radical religious groups included in the organization with a total of 500 (five hundred) people. 

No gross violation of public security and the rule of law had been committed.
