A person who asks for money by approaching citizens as a veteran was detained in Yasamal district of the capital. Elbrus Huseynov, a citizen suspected to committed to this act was detained during the operation carried out by the officers of 26th Police Station of Yasamal District Police Department. While conducting operation in the Police Department, it was revealed that he didn’t participate in any military operation generally.

Any injury and wound signs were not found while checking medical dressing on Elbrus Huseynov’s arm. Inspections are being taken on Elbrus Huseynov who bandages his arm to deceive people deliberately and create the image of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War ostensibly, in the 26th Police Station.
