Another operation against the illegal circulation of drugs was carried out by the employees of the Binagadi District Police Department. During the event, Rashad Guliyev, who was previously convicted for organizing the sale of drugs, was detained. When he was searched, about 3 kilograms of heroin was found. The detained person said that he got the drug from an Iranian citizen he met on the social network “Instagram” for the purpose of selling it online and that he was involved in drug delivery. A criminal case has been initiated against Rashad Guliyev in the Investigation Department of the Ministry.
It should be noted that a total of 46 people involved in drug trafficking have been detained in the Binagadi region since the beginning of May this year. Each of them is under investigation.
