Crime case on the facts of illegal sale of medicines is continued

The investigative measures are continued in the Investigation and Inspection Office of Baku city Main Police Department on the crime case initiated on the facts of illegal sale of the medicines having powerful influence in some pharmacies operating in the capital.
 
It is stated in the joint report of  Baku city Prosecutor's Office and Main Police Department that reasonable suspicions have been defined by investigation that Abiyev Tural Famil born in 1988 conspiring beforehand with a group of people, on September and October of 2017 received the medicine Tramadol 200 mg having strong influence which is not related to narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, stored them in Bizim Aptek Pharmacy run by him without obtaining a special permission (license) for pharmaceutical activities which situates in A.Hagverdiyev street No.74d, Yasamal region, Baku city, and made them sold on 23-24 October, 2017 from that pharmacy.
 
T. Abiyev was arraigned and remanded in custody as an accused under the Articles 240.2.1 and 240.2.2 (illegal sale of medicines having strong influence which is not related to narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, commission of this crime again, and by a group of people conspiring beforehand) of the Criminal Code by the Court’s decision on the case.
 
Currently, necessary operative investigation measures are continued on the case for fully defining and bringing to responsibility the other participators of the crime.
