A dining-room operating secretly was found to have violated special quarantine regime rules in the street I. Mammadov, Sabail district.
 
According to the Press Service of the MIA, during the measures taken by the officers of the Sabail District Police Department customer acceptance by the owner of café, Sohrab Isayev was found by violating quarantine rules in the mentioned address. During review of the object S. Isayev and 9 customers there were detained and taken to the 8th Police Division of Sabail District Police Department.

The owner of café violating special quarantine regime rules was fined at the rate of 200 manats by the decision of the district court. The measures were taken about the clients of the café under the Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in the Police Division and fined at rate of 200 manats.
