A suspect was detained for committing hooligan acts against a driver on public transport.
As a result of operational-search activities conducted by the employees of Criminal Investigation Department of Baku city MPD, a resident of Absheron region, Anar Nahmatli, born in 1993, was detained.
The materials collected against him under articles 510 and 535 of the Code of Administrative Offences were sent to the Narimanov District Court upon the presence of signs of petty hooliganism in these actions, disobedience to the legal request of a police officer or a soldier.
