Armenian armed forces, grossly violating the humanitarian ceasefire regime, have fired at the center of Barda city from the missile systems today at noon. As a result there are dead and wounded among civilians, infrastructure was also severely damaged.

The Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed that according to the task of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ administration, a definite number of police officers and military servicemen of the Internal Troops were urgently sent on an official journey to Barda to assist the Barda District Police Office for delivering wounded citizens to hospitals timely, further strengthening security measures in the city and roads, as well as protecting the property and possessions of citizens.

Currently police officers and military servicemen of Internal Troops continue to serve in the city under the enhanced regime.
