Being state representatives, police employees always support people. Thus, the citizens consider them as their close ones and appeal to police agencies comfortably and confidently for all problems and non-observances that they face. Because a citizen is sure that police are such agencies that say "stop" to lawless action.

The appeals to internal affairs agencies are always settled, and every issue is solved adequately. Illegal actions are prevented. All of them aim at only one purpose - provide citizen satisfaction. The citizens thank police, too. Resident of Khatai district Elshan Teymurov informed the Nasimi DPD because of his property being stolen. The information was investigated in investigation department, the person who had done this action was arrested and the damage was paid.
 
On March 11, burglary occurred in the house of resident of Khazar district, Galabay Aghalarli. Lead investigator of Khazar district, police-major Ismayil Babayev investigating the case, provided the catch of the burglar and full damages recovery. Resident of Yasamal district Elmira Alasgarova thanked employees of Yasamal DPD Investigation Department for their assistance related to problem solving.

Resident of Binagadi district Joshgun Dadashov and resident of Nasimi district Afat Kazimova appealed to Nasimi DPD for the same-type case - possession of great amount of money by cheating. 
Thanks to high professionalism of employees of investigation department, damages were paid to both people in short time.

In other letter addressed to leadership of MIA, resident of Khatai district Nabi Asgarov notes that a person named Jeyhun Abishov borrowed money in the amount of 8 thousand manat from his son, but refused to give back. After appeal to police, employees of Nizami DPD Investigation Department provided the damages recovery. Resident of Sumgayit Gunel Mammadrzayeva appealed to police because of torture by her ex-spouse. Investigator of Sabail DPD Investigation department Orkhan Suleymanli questioned objectively and sent criminal suit to regional court according to Article 133 (torment) of CC. Resident of Nasimi district Roman Bulko wrote about quickness and professionalism of employees of 22nd police office in his letter of thanks.

The delegation led by the Head of Office of the President of Kazakhstan Mahmud Kasimbekov visited Baku for presentation of the book "Nursultan Nazarbayev. Biography" from July 11 to 14. Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Baku Beybit Isabayev thanked employees serving in vehicle No. 421 of Baku STPD because they accompanied the delegation highly professionally while visit. In the letter sent by resident of Sabail district Akif Gurbanov on behalf of residents of the building No. 4b, M.Mushfig street, it was noted that the residents appealed to MIA for permission to park the vehicles nearby the building. As a result of operative response, attention and care by leadership of MIA to the case, the appeal was responded positively.

Resident of Aghdam region Suleyman Isbandiyarov expressed his satisfaction with service of the lead investigator of Nasimi DPD, Maral Aliyeva. Thus, police officer provided the damages recovery.
Embassy of Italy in Baku held official ceremony on occasion of national holiday of Italian Republic on June 1. Ambassador of Italian Republic in Baku Augusto Massari expressed his satisfaction to the leadership of MIA for constructive and prolific collaboration of Sabail DPD and TPS of Baku City STPD in organizing the ceremony.
