All application made to the Agencies of Internal Affairs are responded, every question s adequately answered and illegal actions are prevented. All of these were aimed at the main objectives –provision of citizen satisfaction as well as reinstating the violation of the rights.

Resident of Tartar region Abulfat Abbasov applied to police because he could not get the money back, from whom he lent.  He noted that the problem between the parties was solved and his rights were reinstated thanks to Senior Management of Assistant of Staff of Head of Baku city MPD, Police Colonel Ali Valiyev and his assistant, Police Colonel-Lieutenant Fuad Dadashov. That is why he shared his thoughts with us by thankful words.
 
The VI Baku International Humanitarian Forum on the subject of “Let’s form new world and new people: Creativity and human development” was held on 25-26 October. Minister of Culture Abulfas Garayev thanked the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for cooperation and support in the organization of events held within the Forum.

The conflict happened between Bajigul Gunashova who lives in Garadagh district, Gobustan settlement and her daughter’s neighbor. The police of Garadagh district investigated the occurrence and made just decision. The citizen thanked for this decision.
 
According to the application of resident of Nasimi district Sadagat Musayeva, whose property was stolen, the police of district caught the person suspected for his incident.
 
In other letter resident of Zira settlement Khavar Rzayeva noted that she satisfied with detention of the person who was searched for a long time. She thanked employees of Registration and Identification Card Department of Khazar DPD - Firuz Imanov and Namik Nasirov for their help in bringing that person to Khatai District Executive Department.
 
The employees of the 4th PD of Binagadi DPD exposed the depredation committed against resident of the district Adil Rahimov in a short time and detained the person suspected for this incident. The citizen noted that the exposure of the crime made him delighted and  he appreciated the activity of the police. 
 
On November 15the employees of Baku city MPD and Narimanov DPD held event in School-Lyceum Complex located in this district to deviate pupils from bad habits and inform in this direction.  Teachers and pupils were explained the minors’ responsibility specified in administrative and criminal legislation in the event held under the name of “Narcomania is universal misfortune”. Also in the form of discussion, purposeful, preventive generally prophylactic talks were had. Head of the lyceum Fuad Babayev noted that in view of this, preventive measures are very important in the operation aimed at the process of diversion from bad habits and violation of rights by influencing positively the training and education of the young generation. It promotes healthful lifestyle for our children who are future developers of our independent state as well as forms civic stance by bringing up them in national spirit.
