On December 29, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov held a line scanning of the youths who are willing to serve as the ordinary and small squad staff, in positions vacant in the main department, office and district police departments of the MIA, at the Detached Mobile Police Station.
At the event, where the heads of main department, office and service were involved, the Minister was interested in the appearance, physical fitness, general knowledge and outlook of each young person. The management of Headquarters Personnel Department was instructed to enroll 445 people who are more prepared out of 630 applicants in total, to the service in the bodies of internal affairs.
 
Speaking before the candidates, the Minister congratulated them on the upcoming significant holidays - the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year, and stressed that admission to service in internal affairs bodies was based on the principles of transparency, openness and justice. He recalled the recommendations and advices of the great leader Heydar Aliyev and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on the broader representation of young people with a comprehensive outlook, the excellent education, high moral and business qualities in public administration at all times, including the promotion of their service in the internal affairs bodies, and stated that the concrete steps have been taken at all times, and that the current elections are a clear example of a long-term purposeful policy.

Mr. Ramil Usubov underlined the great responsibility entrusted to the law enforcement, including internal affairs agencies in fighting against the crime, provision of stability, peace, security of human, civil rights and freedoms, and importance of fulfillment of the duties assigned to every employee with dignity.

Colonel-General Ramil Usubov congratulated the young people chosen for admission to the service, and recommended them to praise the glorious police name, to improve their knowledge and skills, their outlook and experiences, to work over themselves, to go to sport, to meet the modern requirements and challenges, to apply the latest achievement of the information technology in the practice actively.
